Identity & access
Multi-factor authentication, SSO/SAML support, role-based permissions, least-privilege administration and controlled user lifecycle management.
Taskeeper is designed to protect customer, project, workforce and commercial data while giving organisations the controls they need to manage access, resilience and compliance.
The controls below are part of Taskeeper's launch security model. Security documentation, configuration guidance and enterprise review can be provided during procurement and onboarding.
Multi-factor authentication, SSO/SAML support, role-based permissions, least-privilege administration and controlled user lifecycle management.
Encryption in transit and at rest, controlled access to customer data, secure data export and deletion workflows, and retention controls.
Audit logging for security-relevant activity and administrative actions so organisations can investigate changes and access patterns.
Regular backups, tested restore processes, disaster-recovery procedures and operational continuity planning.
Authenticated APIs, secure credential handling, input validation, rate/abuse controls and least-privilege integration patterns.
Security-event monitoring, vulnerability management, remediation tracking and incident-response procedures.
GDPR-aligned processing, DPA support, data-subject workflows, retention/deletion controls and transparent subprocessor governance.
Logical separation and administrative controls for organisations operating multiple companies or project environments.
Subprocessor review, access governance and supplier/security controls for services that support the Taskeeper platform.
Controlled user invitation, permissions setup, import handling and onboarding practices designed to reduce avoidable exposure.
Configurable roles and permissions, organisation-level administration, user lifecycle controls and access review.
Defined security incident triage, containment, communication, recovery and post-incident improvement procedures.
Taskeeper will prepare the governance, evidence and operating discipline required to pursue formal ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 assurance. These certifications are roadmap items and are not presented as current certifications.
Taskeeper supports API-based integration and CSV exchange. Integration designs should use scoped credentials, least privilege, secure transport, validation and controlled data flows. Excel/CSV imports can be used for standard onboarding without opening persistent external access.
Use a workflow demo to review access, integration, data-handling and enterprise administration requirements alongside the product.
